ACS150 - Micro Drive

ACS380 - Machinery Drive

ACS880 – Multi Drives

The all-compatible multidrive comes with various types of supply units including diode supply units and regenerative supply units. Single supply and DC bus arrangement with several inverters reduce line power and system size. Utilize premium control of virtually any type of AC motor with direct torque control (DTC), including induction and permanent magnet motors. Solutions to many different applications (such as paper machines, winders, rolling mills, processing lines, cranes and drilling) are possible with flexible connectivity and an extensive range of options.

Classic AC drives

ACS400 Drives

ABB ACS400 VFDs are in 2.2-37KW power range, the maximum benefits are energy conservation, accurate control, safe and reliable, use aluminum and plastic parts to ensure the VFD sufficient precision, ACS400 VFDs main power supply is 230-500V 50/60Hz, control power is 115-230V. Adopt the latest IGBT technology in excitation, the magnetic field voltage does need to match the transformer, magnetic field line fuses and reactors have also been integrated in ABB DCS400 module. As the magnetic field using the three-phase line supply, and get power from the three-phase power supply directly, thus DCS400 VFD does not need a separate field power line.

ABB DCS400 drive has a variety of debugging tools. Setup parameters under the guidance of the Commissioning Wizard, plus with self-optimization debugging process, DCS400 VFD's typical debugging time is 15 minutes.

ACS550 - General Purpose Drive

ACS800-Single Drives

Our industrial drives are available both as complete AC drives and as modules to meet your requirements as a user, OEM or system integrator. Single drive modules configuration contains a rectifier, DC link and an inverter in one single AC drive unit. They can be installed without any additional cabinet or enclosure, available in wall-mounted, freestanding and cabinet-built constructions. They are specifically designed for industrial applications in process industries such as the pulp & paper, metals, mining, cement, power, chemical, and oil & gas.

DCS550 standard DC drives

DCS880 industrial DC drives

The new DCS880 DC drive series is built on the all-compatible drive platform that ensures all ABB variable speed drives (VSDs) share common features and tools, and can be operated in the same way. The drive integrates certified Safe Torque Off (STO) safety functionality as standard and is also enabled for compatibility with the Industrial Internet of Things. DCS880 are also a great solution to non-motor applications like magnets, battery charging, electrolysis and wastewater treatment.

The drive comes with many useful built-in functions that focus on safe operation, easy selection and installation, fast setup and efficient maintenance. Interconnectivity has also been made a priority to enable the drive to interface effectively with the Industrial Internet of Things. DCT880 Thyristor Power Controller

Applications like annealing, drying, melting or heating glass, plastics or metals often demand precise heat control. Automating that heating control helps ensure precise temperatures are met and that the energy used for heating is used efficiently. This helps you use raw materials more efficiently and reduce energy use.

To help meet these demands, we've developed the DCT880 thyristor power controller. Built on our industrial drive technology, the DCT880 easily integrates into your processes or machine’s automation network, but can also operate independent of automation systems.

Integrated 3-phase current measurement precisely calculates and monitors the load resistance in the load circuit for improved system performance. Load optimization can balance loads of multiple devices in parallel operation to reduce peak loading.
